Carmine DeMarco (President) earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law in 1987 and was admitted to the New Jersey bar that same year. Intimately familiar with local government operations, Mr. DeMarco has served as a member of the Borough Council and the Planning Board of the Borough of Dumont. He possesses knowledge and experience covering all facets of local political campaigns, both as a candidate himself and as a campaign worker and aide to others.

In addtion to his duties at DeMarco Communications, Mr. DeMarco is President of Virtual Town Pages, LLC, an Internet marketing and web site company, which has created and operates the official web sites of a number of New Jersey municipalities. He is also a member of Mensa®.

Karen DeMarco possesses an extensive background and experience in the fields of marketing, advertising, and sales. An entrepreneur who acquired her first business at the age of 19, Mrs. DeMarco has launched a number of business startups in sales and marketing, including a prominent local Internet marketing company. She is the former Operations Manager for the stock brokerage firm Ryan Beck's Fort Lee office (then Gruntal & Co.). Mrs. DeMarco is President of the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce and regularly interfaces with government officials and business leaders in Bergen County both professionally and in furtherance of community and social concerns.

Mrs. DeMarco is also Vice President of Virtual Town Pages, LLC, and is a licensed New Jersey real estate agent.
