About the Available Position: We are seeking a friendly, ambitious, energetic, enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative out of our Fort Lee, NJ office. As an integral part of our team, you will deal directly with clients and prospects consisting of various small-to-medium-sized businesses, and will be responsible for conceiving and selling advertising campaigns and packages in our network of community publications and online directories / community web sites. We are a small company, and are looking for an individual who can be groomed to move into a leadership role to ultimately assume responsibilities of the principals/partners. This is a great opportunity for advancement into a management position. Specific responsibilities and functions of the position include:
Sales reps are expected and required to meet rigorous and measured standards of performance for both their activities (prospecting and presenting) and their results (sales quotas). The base salary is $30,000.00, and commissions from our minimum required results is another $46,800.00 in compensation; so by simply meeting your quotas, you will earn a minimum of roughly $77,000.00. In addition, the commission structure is uncapped - there is no ceiling on how much money you can make - so a six-figure income within your first 2-3 years is a distinct possibility.
